Majestic Adventures can accept payment by check or by card, either over the phone or online. Online payments are our preferred method. If you have recently made a payment in our registration system, you may also authorize us to charge your card on file (just let us know the last 4 digits of the card to confirm that we are charging the correct card), just email or call us and let us know that you authorize the charge.

To Pay Online:

Please follow these steps to pay online:

  1. After logging in, on the home page, look under View My Registrations and the season.
    Click the View Details button. See screenshot.
  2. On the next page, below the Financial heading, click the New Payment button and enter your credit card information. You may also download a pdf account statement here. See screenshot.

Alternately, you can contact the office and arrange to pay by card over the phone, or mail us a check. Please be proactive and let us know as soon as you have registered if you are needing to pay by check or card over the phone, as your child’s registration cannot be completed until payment has been arranged.

Please make your check out to “Majestic Adventures” (not ‘Adventure Quest’ or ‘Mystic Adventures’) and mail it to:

You may also drop off the check in our “Mail and Payments” dropbox outside our office door (inside the Professional Building at 1200 Dupont St, which is open M-F 9:00 am – 5:00 pm)

To Pay by Card over the Phone:

Contact us and let us know some good times during business hours to call you for the payment. The best way to contact us is by emailing . You may also call us at 360-836-0386, during our office hours (currently 10:00 am – 2:00 pm M-F). If you have recently made a payment in our system you can just authorize us to charge your card on file by confirming the last 4 digits.

How do I see my most up-to-date account statement?

Follow Steps 1, and 2 above, and on the next page, below the Financial heading, click the ‘Download Printable Season Account Statement‘ link. Note: this will only show your account statement from the season you’re currently looking at. Other season’s statements can be accessed in those seasons (see Step 2 above), or you can email to request a combined account statement for multiple seasons.

Do you offer payment plans?

Yes, by request we can offer payment plans. They must be arranged before the program begins. Please email to discuss details.
