Using Credits
If you have a credit in your account, you may use it to pay for programming when registering online. If the credit is in the current season (for example if you cancelled a week of summer camp and wanted to enroll in another week that same summer), it will automatically be applied to your cart when you are adding new sessions, so when you go to check out you will see the remaining balance. Starting in 2023, if you change or cancel your enrollment, there may be a $25 Session Change Fee, $25 Cancelation Fee, and/or $25 Late Registration fee deducted from your original payment, so you may see a balance owed when you register for a new program. If you have credit remaining from a previous season, please contact the office so that we can transfer it into the current season.
The above applies when you are using your account credit to pay for any program that uses our online registration system.
You may also use your account credit for birthday parties, custom quests, and merchandise from our online store. To do so, please contact the office.
Refunds
If we have canceled a program (due to low enrollment or unforeseen emergencies), we will issue you a full credit for the amount paid, which you may request to be refunded to you. Alternately, if you decide to cancel your registration for a program and give us at least two weeks’ notice, you will be eligible for a full refund minus the $25 Cancelation Fee.
If you are eligible for a refund you may still opt to keep the money as credit in your account or use it in a variety of ways. Some options are:
- Use your credit towards another program. See using credits.
- Ask for a partial refund, leaving some of your payment in your account as a credit for future programs in 2023 or beyond.
- Use some of your credit towards merchandise fromĀ our online store.
