Using Credits

If you have a credit in your account, you may use it to pay for programming when registering online. The credit will not by default get applied to your cart when you are adding new sessions, so when you go to check out you will see the full program price.  To see the credit reflected in your balance, follow the steps below:

  1. Enter the Campbrain Registration System and log in using your credentials, follow the steps to sign up for a program as usual.
  2. When you are on page 4/6: Choose a Payment Plan, select ‘Pay in Full by Check’ and click the Continue button. See screenshot.
  3. One the next page, click the Submit Application button. See screenshot.
  4. On the next page, to the right of the ‘Application Submitted‘ heading, click the Return Home button. See screenshot.
  5. On the home page, look under View My Registrations and the season. Click the View Details button. See screenshot.
  6. On the next page, below the Financial heading, click the New Payment button and enter your credit card information. You may also download a pdf account statement here. See screenshot.

The above steps apply when you are using your account credit to pay for any program that uses our online registration system.

You may also use your account credit for birthday parties, custom quests, and merchandise from our online store. To do so, please contact the office.

Refunds

We are prepared to refund your full payment if necessary.  Please know that summer tuition helps to support the core team of office and management staff who work year-round to prepare for the summer camp.  If all of our families who have already registered for in-person summer programs ask for a full refund, it will be financially devastating to us. In the spirit of supporting our small business, we hope that you might consider one of the following options:

  1. Use your credit towards an online summer program. See using credits.
  2. Ask for a partial refund, leaving some of your payment in your account as a credit for future programs in 2020 or beyond.
  3. Use some of your credit towards merchandise from our online store. We can put together a ‘camp in a box’ for your family that includes Swashers, an Adventure Quest Game Book, and other adventuring gear so that your questers can have many hours of outdoor fun all year long, even during times of social distancing and quarantine.

To request a refund, email Lydia at billing@majesticadventures.net . Please allow up to 2 weeks for the refund to be fully processed.
