What if I need to change a session that my child is registered for? 

Due to the ever-changing nature of the COVID pandemic, we recognize that parents may end up needing to make changes to their reservations as the situation evolves.  Through the summer of 2021, parents may change their reservations with no related fees. We ask that you give us at least a week’s notice if possible to change your reservation- this includes switching weeks, switching from online programs to in-person programs, and/or canceling your registration altogether. What is your cancellation & rescheduling policy?

Because we know that emergencies come up and illnesses occur, we do our best to accommodate these situations. Due to the ever-changing nature of the COVID pandemic, we recognize that planning can be difficult and parents may end up needing to make changes to their reservations due to illness, exposure, or other unexpected developments. Through the summer of 2022, parents may change their reservations with no related fees. We ask that you give us at least a week’s (and ideally 2+ weeks) notice if possible to change your reservation- this includes switching weeks and/or canceling your registration altogether.
