Planning the Location
All of our programs (except Online Parties) are best held at a large park, and preferably one with fun features to use as a backdrop for our stories. It is important to consider a rain plan. As long as it is not heavily raining or snowing, we can quest as long as everyone wears weather-appropriate clothing. An empty three-car garage, large basement, or park pavilion are suitable alternate locations, but they are not ideal. A dance studio or reserved basketball/raquetball court is better suited, but requires reserving the space with the recreation center.
Party Favors, Gifts, & Add-Ons
Give your participants treasure at the end of the quest for a gift that will be remembered and cherished!
Fun add-ons and gifts may be purchased, such as pouches with polished stones, rented costumes, the gift of a foam sword, or adventuring gear. Most of these add-ons and gifts are integrated into the experience and will be remembered for their important role in the story.

Add-ons & Gift Purchases:
$5 each: Faux velvet pouches with polished rocks and pyrite (fool’s gold) are a great party favor that is integrated into the adventure!
Price Varies: At the end of the adventure, the very sword that the birthday child was wielding is theirs to keep! See our Store for pricing & availability.
Price Varies: We carry a variety of adventuring accessories, like tunics and leather armor, sword-holders, pouches, and other handmade craft items. See our Store for pricing & availability.
$50 for up to 20 participants: dress the adventurers in style! For $50, the Quest Leader brings full cotton tunics in a variety of sizes. Adult costumes in a variety of also available, contact us for details.
$50-$150: Add a medieval tent to the gathering for a truly magnificent backdrop!
- We can bring a 10’ x 10’ pop-up tent with a purple and gold castle-like design for $50.
- For greater historical accuracy or larger events, we can bring and assemble renaissance-era historically appropriate canvas tents / pavilions, for $100-$150 (depending on type of tent)
