COVID-19 Corona Virus – Our Plan
With all of the newest information coming out surrounding the COVID-19 situations we want to provide a space to let all our families know what we are doing. We are taking steps to ensure everyone’s continued health and safety while attending our programs. We are deep cleaning all of our work equipment, emphasizing on our foam swashers that travel to our sites. Swashers will be cleaned daily by staff after use to limit the spread of any germs between users. We have also instituted more frequent handwashing at all of our programs to further reduce risk.
We have canceled all of our upcoming in-person programming at this time. This includes the Spring Break Quests, in Bellingham at Cornwall park from April 6th-10th and in Seattle at Carkeek Park, April 13th-17th. This also includes our workshops and tabletop events. We will also be continuing to keep this page updated with current programming information and any changes or announcements.
In regards to school closures, we are following the policies of individual schools and school districts as to when programs will begin again. For our families in the Bellingham School District, we will be working with individual school PTA’s to coordinate the details of our Spring after-school programs. For all of our families who have been attending programming during our winter afterschool program, thank you for answering our survey to help us get a better idea of how to proceed. If you have not completed the survey, please feel free to answer our short survey here.
If you have specific questions relating to school programs or credits, please reach out to our Programs Manager, Claire (firstname.lastname@example.org) or our Office Manager, Lydia (email@example.com).
In regards to any cancellation policies, we are happy to offer credit/refund options if we cancel programming. More information can be found on our Registration page.
We are offering online programs to families throughout the month of April, with the possibility of extending them based on decisions by local school districts.
We are happy to work with families to continue to engage questers and provide families with fun experiences during this time. Please contact us for specific information.
